Mama Mia! Rita's loves this Fettuccine dish

Snow peas are in season! And I love adding them to. This favorite Alfredo pasta. As a side with grilled chicken or steak, you can’t go wrong!

FETTUCCINE ALFREDO WITH SAUTÉED SNOW PEAS

Ingredients

1 pound fettuccine, cooked according to package directions and kept warm

1/4 cup butter

2 cups half and half

1 heaping cup grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Sautéed snow peas to stir in

Instructions

Melt butter in large skillet. Pour in half and half and cook until it bubbles. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and salt and pepper. Then stir in sautéed snow peas. Give it a shower of more cheese.

Tip

No peas? No worries. This is good as is!
