Plant of the Week - The Buckeye Tree

Okay, they got off to a questionable start but seem to be settling in and playing like we expected The Ohio State Football team to play. So, to help keep the momentum going (bye week this week for the Bucks), I figured we may as well look at several selections of Buckeyes; one or more that may fit your Buckeye Landscape (and non- Buckeye as well!).

Aesculus glabra – Ohio Buckeye

-25-40’ / rounded / yellow orange fall color / State tree of Ohio / sun to part shade

Aesculus pavia – Red Buckeye
